    When I was a small boy, I had a few friends that would ask me, is hog pussy pork? I always answered, yes it is.

    I have cut up more than I like to remeber..when I wuz a lad we butchered at home..scaping hogs wuz not one of my favorite chores..nor wuz rendering the lard
