Memorial Day
I posted this on Memorial Day last year:
These are my 6 uncles who were all in the service during WWII, this article is from my home town newspaper in Oct 1942. My dad who is not in this article must have been motivated by his younger brothers as he enlisted later at the age of 36, the youngest was Richard at 18 who is on the bottom left.
All returned home from the conflict but sad to say that they are no longer with us today.
